Over the past 35 years, Pascal's professional endeavors have constantly been driven by innovation in Life Sciences. So, quite naturally, after a few years in the pharma industry, he became an expert in Technology Transfer and has co-founded and led several deeptech start-up companies in Biotech and Medtech as well as a VC Partner in a Paris-based family office. He is well versed in all the key early-stage priorities of start-up development: project management, corporate strategy (development, recruitment and business plans) and financing (soft money and equity). Through INAÏA, Pascal has been a consultant since 2018 and, in close collaboration with entrepreneurs, has helped structure and develop a wide range of early-stage businesses.
Pascal holds a PhD in Biophysico-Chemistry and Cellular & Molecular Biology (1989) from University of Orléans (France).
